Patrick McLellan
Attorney
Pat was raised in Memphis but made New Orleans his adopted home when he moved to the city in 2007 to attend Tulane University. Pat subsequently attended Loyola Law School, where he graduated from in 2016.
While in law school, Pat gained experience in the legal system by working for multiple judges throughout the state, in both civil and criminal courts. After graduating law school, Pat decided to “hang his own shingle” as a sole practitioner, helping clients navigate difficult civil and criminal matters.
Subsequently, Pat defended insurance companies, gaining valuable insight into how the insurance companies value claims and approach the litigation process. Now, as a personal injury, he uses that knowledge and experience to identify the tactics that the insurance companies use to undervalue or deny claims for his clients. Pat has the experience to represent clients in a variety of legal proceedings, but he is particularly adept at representing injured workers in workers’ compensation and personal injury proceedings.
Pat is a resident of uptown New Orleans. When Pat is not fighting for his clients’ interests, he can be found supporting the Tulane Green Wave, enjoying the great music that the city of New Orleans has to offer, and spending time with friends and family.
